  • What is the refund/cancellation policy?
    - By booking, I agree that I am holding a spot, so reservations and payments for this event are nonrefundable. In addition, there will be no credits or rescheduling of appointments.
  • Can I reschedule my session?
    - There is no rescheduling for sessions. All bookings are final and non refundable. Please see our cancellation policy in our Policy and Forms section for more detail.
  • What if I'm late to my session?
    Each session is allotted a set amount of time, as shown when booking. If you show up late to your scheduled appointment, that time will be deducted from your scheduled session time.
  • How do I get my pictures?
    - Depending on your package, we will send you a number of lightly edited, watermarked, photos for you to choose your final pictures. Final picture selections are due within 36 hours of receiving the download link. Once you choose the final list of photos, we will perform a final edit and a download link will be sent to you where you will be able to download your high resolution photos. Please note that final editing may take up to 5 business days to complete. In addition, once you receive the proofs for review, and you have chosen your pictures, pictures not chosen will be removed from the share drive and no longer available for review or future purchases.
  • Can I add more people to my photoshoot?
    - Family members can be added to any photoshoot for an additional fee. Please contact us for pricing.
  • Can I purchase additional pictures?
    - Yes. If you want more pictures than the package allocates, you can always choose to purchase additional pictures for a nominal fee. Contact us for details and pricing.
  • I don't have an outfit or dress for my photoshoot.  Do you offer outfit rentals?
    Yes. We have a variety of outfits to choose from that have been custom-styled to match our backdrop selection. If you're interested in renting an outfit for your studio photoshoot, please call for outfit options and pricing.
  • Can I book you for my private event?
    - Yes! Just contact us with the details of the event and we'll focus on capturing all the moments so you can focus on all the details that make your event special.
  • Where will my pictures be taken?
    - If you booked a studio session, your pictures will be taken at pictureperfectnow studios. If you booked an outdoor session, we have a fantastic selection of locations to choose from. If you choose a location outside of our preferred list, there may be additional charges assessed for editing. Contact us for details
  • Can I do a cake smash for my birthday photoshoot?
    - Yes! Any birthday session can be upgraded to a cake smash for $30. PLEASE NOTE: Due to health regulations, cake must be provided by the client at time of the photoshoot.
  • Do you give credits for missed appointments or reschedules
    - We don't offer any credits related to missed appointments or reschedules. Please see our cancellation and late policy on our Policy and Forms section
